We want you to love your Moon Whale pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. Simply initiate your request through our portal to receive a prepaid shipping label and start your refund process.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
